Ellen Gardner is president of Ameritech Wisconsin. she joined Wisconsin Bell in 1969 and held positions in network operations, engineering, marketing and regulatory organizations. In 1991, she was appointed vice-president - regulatory, and in 1993, she was named director - corporate strategy for Ameritech Chicago. Gardner has led two of Ameritech's business units; Telephone Industry Services and Pay Phone Services.
