Request for Proposals for Wisconsin Economic Development Association Skills Enhancement Courses
Scope: Proposals are being sought for the development and delivery of three specific course based on the following topics:
1. Writing an effective, complete response to a Development or Site RFI/RFP
2. Sales Skill for Economic Development Professionals
3. Financial Analysis for Economic Development Deals/Projects

Proposal Requirements:
Proposals must be submitted electronically to megan@weda.org no later than 12:00 NOON FEBRUARY 20, 2012. 
Include the following detailed information:
1. Complete contact information including name, company name, address, phone, email, web site
2. Relevant experience of all members participating in this project, company background and references
3. Evidence of adequate resources to complete the project
4. Course outline and example of content depth and breadth
5. Timeline and proposed schedule
6. Required level of support from WEDA (including course administration, course site, technical support, etc)
7. Budget

Other:  provide any information which may be beneficial to the project, or unique qualities/ideas that will improve the courses or provide additional value.
